And from this dream was born Solar, resulting from the business combination of Norsa, Renosa, Guararapes and, more recently, with Grupo Simões.
We are the second largest manufacturer of the Coca-Cola System in Brazil and one of the 15 largest manufacturers of the Coca-Cola System in the world. We are among the ten largest companies in the Northeast and one of the largest consumer goods companies in the country.
With the capacity to produce more than three billion liters of beverage per year to serve more than 380 thousand points of sale, Solar has around 15 thousand employees distributed among our 12 factories and 44 Distribution Centers, in a territorial area that represents 70 % of our Brazil, occurred in all of the North, Northeast, State of Mato Grosso and part of Goiás and Tocantins.
